The kitchen of the Hoposa d’Or Hotel is a project by Mallorklima
They developed the complete design, installation, and subsequent technical service for their clients.
The hotel’s restaurant, which can accommodate 50 to 80 diners per service, offers its customers a menu of traditional Mediterranean cuisine, with carefully crafted recipes that involve many preparations and last-minute finishes to present high-value dishes.
Therefore, and based on the client’s requests, Mallorklima carried out the design of a central modular kitchen from Lotus – Lotus Line 70.
On one side of the set, a fryer line with a 25L single tank is distributed, with a neutral work surface, a 120cm cooking countertop, an oven, and a 40cm bain-marie.
On the other side, a 40cm pasta cooker on a neutral surface, a 80cm four-burner countertop stove with an oven, and an 80cm hard chrome fry-top.
Under the countertop, the line is equipped with neutral cabinets and shelves, all made entirely of stainless steel.
