8 mm thick blued steel plates. Reach the desired temperature very quickly.
12 mm thick rectified steel plates. The steel thickness retains heat for longer on the plate.
12 mm thick hard chrome plates. The steel is coated with a uniform 60-micron layer of hard chrome across the entire plate, ensuring heat retention within the surface and preventing heat loss during the grilling process.
