Mainho’s high-performance fry-top range features special dimensions and maximum power. The hard chrome coating allows the plate to reach temperatures of up to 300°C and retain that heat within the plate due to the thick, evenly distributed chrome layer. This feature makes the fry-top highly efficient in both cooking speed and energy savings, as heat does not escape through the surface.
Additionally, the hard chrome does not burn food, as the chrome coating isolates the iron from the food, preventing the typical black marks on meat, fish, or vegetables.
The fry-tops are designed with burners that distribute the flame evenly around the plate, ensuring uniform temperature across the entire surface. In models with support legs, waste collection is located at the bottom of the unit, providing large-capacity collection, making it easier for the chef to clean.
These fry-tops are ideal for kitchens with high workload capacity, cooking various types of food on the same plate, or for use in open kitchens visible to diners. They are available with support legs or for countertop installation.
