Unlike iron griddles, rectified steel plates have a 20 mm thickness, which allows the plate to retain heat for longer, saving energy during extended work periods.
The fry-tops are designed with burners that distribute the flame evenly around the plate, ensuring a uniform temperature across the entire surface. The waste collection system is located at the bottom of the unit (in models with support legs), offering high-capacity collection, making cleaning far more convenient for chefs.
These fry-tops are ideal for kitchens with high workloads, for cooking different foods on the same plate, or for use in open kitchens visible to diners. They are available with support legs or for countertop installation.
