Hybrid fry-tops combine the functionality of a standard griddle with the power and dimensions of a fry-top. The gas outlet is located on the sides and rear, like a griddle, but they deliver significantly higher power.
Hard chrome fry-tops are the most efficient on the market, reaching temperatures of up to 300°C and maintaining them effectively within the plate due to the thick, evenly distributed chrome layer. This design ensures faster cooking and energy savings, as the heat does not escape through the surface.
The hard chrome plate also prevents food from burning, as the chrome coating isolates the iron from the food, avoiding the typical black marks on meat, fish, or vegetables.
