This system features a monolithic structure with sides that extend to the floor, serving as supports. Made from 3 mm thick AISI 304 CrNi 18/10 stainless steel, it has a scratch-resistant satin finish, reinforced with bolted crossbeams. Custom-built for lasting performance.
It adapts perfectly to any culinary style, while also guaranteeing the solution to any functional needs that may arise.
Equipment options: Central column with water mixer, electrical outlets, and stationary mixer with drip tray.
Possibility of integrating gas elements such as burners, fryers, volcanic stone grills, and pasta cookers.
Innovative installation modes with continuous water jet and a cooling system for the adjacent surface.
The hygienically compliant lower compartments are completely removable and independent, and include LED lighting activated by a “microswitch”.
200 cm compartments with bottle holders, drawers, and soft-close doors are available, as well as the possibility of adding refrigerators, heaters, ovens, built-in freezers, and more.
