Water barbecues are designed for spaces with limited smoke extraction capabilities. Food is grilled using stainless steel chambers that radiate heat from the burners onto the upper grate, which cooks the food.
Beneath the burners, there is a water drawer that catches the fat dripping from the food, melting it and preventing the smoke typically caused by burning grease.
The Nova Grill barbecue is specifically designed and constructed to be easily dismantled, allowing access to the burners. All parts of the grill are made of stainless steel and built in 30 cm modules, which fit in any industrial dishwasher.
