The professional wok cookers are constructed entirely from stainless steel.
They feature a 3 mm thick stainless steel countertop reinforced with internal supports. The wok rings, made from black blued steel, protect the burners and ensure the vertical flame is directed to the center of the wok, distributing heat evenly across the surface.
Available equipment for professional woks:
· Burners. Burner power is crucial but not always necessary at maximum levels for all cooktops. Mainho burners operate at 12 kW or 18 kW, producing an oxygen-free 50 cm high blue vertical flame. [Watch video]
· Wok support rings. Wok pans require a support ring for stability on the burner. There is a choice of rings made of black blued steel or stainless steel.
· 225 mm stainless steel rear wall: Ideal for mounting faucets or separating burners in island-style kitchen layouts.
· Wall-mounted faucet: Water is essential in wok cooking. A wall-mounted faucet improves efficiency and facilitates food preparation. Available with manual shut-off valves or foot pedal control.
· Rinsing shower. Asian cooking often leaves food debris around burners and woks. The rinsing shower covers the base surface with water, preventing food from sticking and ensuring a cleaner, more efficient workspace.
· Base supports. Choose between support legs, table stands, neutral cabinets from APICE, or APICE industrial refrigeration solutions, depending on your kitchen’s requirements.
· Tray holder. Attachment on the kitchen’s side for organizing ingredients, sauces, and other items.
