Terms of sale

– Orders: Orders are placed by telephone and will be confirmed in writing to the following address: mainho@mainho.com.
– Method of payment: First transactions: by bank transfer in advance.
– On credit: Until credit is granted to a customer, all transactions shall be paid for in advance.
– Unpaid Invoices: The existence of an unpaid invoice will result in the customer’s account being blocked. Any unpaid balance upon its due date must be settled immediately, including all associated expenses
• Transportation: Prepaid within the Iberian Peninsula. (excluding Portugal) and the Balearic Archipelago (only for Balearic costumers).· Transportation Risk: Goods always travel at the buyer’s risk. In the event of damage or breakage during transport, claims must be made directly to the shipping agency.

• Packaging: Included in the price materials are protected with bubble wrap, cardboard boxes, or wooden crates.
· Return of Material: Any return of material must be previously authorized by MAQUINARIA INDUSTRIAL HOSTELERA S.L.U. and documented in writing. The items must be sent back in their original packaging. Returns of used or handled material will not be accepted. All costs incurred, including shipping, will be borne by the customer.
• Replacements and Accessories: Always supplied with advance payment.
• By default, all machinery manufactured or marketed by MAINHO is designed to operate with LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), such as butane/propane. Upon customer request, the injectors can be changed at the factory to operate with Methane Gas (Natural Gas). These injectors are included with all gas appliances. A fee of €40.00/NET is charged to cover the costs of unpacking, disassembling the necessary panels, changing the injectors, reassembling the panels, and repackaging the appliance.

 

Warranty

The warranty is valid for one year from the invoicing date and covers defective parts, with their replacement and transportation costs being the buyer’s responsibility.

The warranty does not cover electrical parts, accessories, or any other separable components. Any damage caused by transportation, incorrect installation, or poor maintenance will not be considered valid grounds for warranty claims.
Routine maintenance and repairs due to improper installation are not covered by the warranty. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and does not include appliance replacement.


MAINHO may carry out repairs either at the client’s premises or at the factory, at its own discretion. All transportation costs for the parts or equipment that need to be replaced or repaired will be borne by the client. Materials sent for repair must be accompanied by a duly completed return note specifying the issues. If the return note is received with incorrect or incomplete information, the warranty will be voided.

MAINHO is not responsible for any possible delays occurring during the warranty period and does not compensate for any damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from imperfections or defects in the supplied machinery, in accordance with the Civil Code.

Los posibles retrasos en la prestación del servicio no darán en ningún modo derecho al aplazamiento de los pagos relacionados con los equipos sujetos a la garantía. El retraso de los pagos, o la insolvencia incluso parcial del cliente, comporta automáticamente la anulación de la garantía, incluso a terceros.
